I went in for a consult and was pleased at every step. From the personalized parking spot, to the atmosphere and greeting at check in, to the initial pics + x rays, to (what resulted in my final point) my brief visit with the plan coordinator (who is simply wonderful). I opted to not move forward there as my primary concern is money; but had I the option to continue, without hesitation, I'd have absolutely chosen Dr. Curtis Orthodontics!

I've had braces when I was a kid, but they went back to being overcrowded on the bottom. I've been self conscious about it for years, but kept holding off due to putting my 4 kids first. All in the same day, they did my free consult, explained my X-rays, went over billing and treatment options, AND put the braces ON! Right then and there. No payment upfront. Beth was amazing and so easy to talk to. Loved the dr, everyone was super nice...and I didn't have to get a sitter for the appt. They were able to use the game room and have a slushy while they waited for me. Massage chairs, cookies, coffee, slushies, I got a shirt and care kit. Thank you guys SO much 🙌

We had a wonderful experience. They are super effecient and know what they are doing. A bonus is that the waiting room is comfortable for parents with massage chairs, an expresso machine, cookies and great ambiance. Highly recommend!

Curtis Orthodontics takes the patient experience to a whole new level! From the moment we pulled in & saw a parking sign with our name on it, we felt like royalty. Inside, they’ve thought of everything: snacks & drinks while you wait, massage chairs in the lobby, and even a rewards program where patients can earn points for prizes. What really impressed us was their communication. They’ve answered texts on weekends, squeezed us in quickly when our daughter broke a bracket & always made sure we were in the loop. Every single staff member we’ve met has been warm & welcoming. Molly was especially wonderful, clearly explaining our payment options, including their in house 0% financing. Our daughter’s braces journey couldn’t have gone smoother, and now she has a beautiful smile to show for it.
