I had some issues with teeth shifting while actively wearing my retainer every night and throughout the day, had some complaints about it. I've had braces when I was a kid, but they went back to being overcrowded on the bottom. I've been self conscious about it for years, but kept holding off due to putting my 4 kids first. All in the same day, they did my free consult, explained my X-rays, went over billing and treatment options, AND put the braces ON! Right then and there. No payment upfront. Beth was amazing and so easy to talk to. Loved the dr, everyone was super nice...and I didn't have to get a sitter for the appt. They were able to use the game room and have a slushy while they waited for me. Massage chairs, cookies, coffee, slushies, I got a shirt and care kit. Thank you guys SO much 🙌
